Inner Balance: Stress Management
Stress is a normal part of daily life. Though some stress can have a positive effect, many people unfortunately react with conflict, anger, and poor choices. Inner Balance: Basic Stress Management is a class that provides participants with strategies and self-management skills to mitigate the impact of and shows them how stress can make people stronger.
