• Reservations may be released or cancelled if deposit or full payment is not completed by the deadline.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel by Nov 15, 2026 → Full Refund (No Fee)
• Cancel by Nov 25, 2026 → 70% Refund (30% Fee)
• Cancel by Dec 1, 2026 → 50% Refund (50% Fee)
• Cancel after Dec 1, 2026 → No Refund

25% deposit is due upon confirmation of reservation. Full payment due is by November 15. MCCS Tours + will make every effort to adhere to the itinerary. However, we reserve the right to make changes for reasons beyond our control or cancel the tour if the minimum of number is not met.
