• Minimum Participation: MCCS Tours+ may cancel the tour if fewer than 10 reservations are confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy: A 3‑day cancellation policy applies. Refunds are only granted for medical emergencies with a submitted doctor’s note.
• Transportation: Tour includes full bus transportation.
• Reservation Deadline: If the minimum number of participants is not met by Thursday morning, the tour may be canceled. If you plan to join, please book by Monday whenever possible.
• Hansen/Schwab Pickup: Available upon request before applying.
• Maximum capacity: 3 people per location (up to 9 people total).
