EFMP Workshops: Accessing Community Resources

The Accessing Community Resources workshop will equip families with the tools to identify and connect with local, state and national resources tailored to their unique needs. Families will learn how to navigate systems of support, advocate effectively and build a network of services that enhance quality of life for their Exceptional Family Member. Knowledge of available community programs and services: tips on navigating support systems and referrals, tools to become confident advocates for their family’s needs.
