This workshop provides transitioning Service members, Spouses, and DOD Personnel with strategies and techniques to articulately translate their military experience(s) to the needs of the civilian employer and to reemphasize the importance of professional engagement and social skill(s) aptitude in the work place; for receiving a job offer, increasing Veteran workforce retention, and maintaining long-term employment satisfaction.
