The Adventures of Peter and the Wolf

Members of the Albany Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Claire Fox Hillard, present a children's musical story by Sergei Prokofiev.

Join us for a FREE, unforgettable afternoon of music, storytelling, and hands-on fun as the Albany Symphony Orchestra performs Peter and the Wolf, a beloved children's classic. Follow the brave and adventurous Peter as he outwits a cunning wolf, with each character brought to life by the sounds of a different orchestra instrument.

 

Plus, children are invited to get up close and personal with real symphony instruments at our Instrument Petting Zoo. This is a rare, hands-on opportunity for kids to explore the sights, sounds, and feel of instruments. Don't miss this wonderful introduction to the symphony!
