Join Semper Fit for an exciting 7K run around Lake O'Neill and surrounding trails.

Categories include a competitive 4-person Super Squad Challenge and a non-competitive run for individuals.

  • Day-of registration only: 7am - 8:15am
  • If racing in the Super Squad Challenge, 1-person must register the entire team by 8am.
  • All individuals must register by 8:15am to avoid missing the start of the run.
  • CG's Cup participation points will be given at this event up to 10 team and/or individual entries.
  • Units may send as many people out to this event. No placement points will be given.

8:45am  Individual Runners Start

6:30am  Parking Areas Open
7:30am  Runner Check-In Opens
8:30am  Race Start Competitive Wave – 4-person teams
9:00am  Individual start time

When does registration close?

Day of registration will be taken for later waves if space available. Units can submit 4 person teams for the competitive wave or race as an individual in the non-competitive waves. CG's Cup participation points will be given up to 10 participants/teams. A team will count as a point. No placement points will be given at this event.

PARKING
Once in the Lake O’Neill area, please follow the Event Parking signs to the designated parking areas. Note that some
parking lots may have up to a 1-mile walk to the venue.

ENTRY FEE
The CG's Cup Chesty Challenge is FREE and only for MCI-WEST Active Duty (no civilians)
Approved Attire
Appropriate Civilian Athletic Wear
