Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) 
At the center of this effort is the Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP), available at Marine Corps installations worldwide. 

FMEAP offers personalized career coaching, resume and interview support, and guidance navigating federal and civilian employment systems. Whether reentering the workforce, changing industries, or seeking remote work, FMEAP tailors support to each spouse’s goals. 

Mentorship and Networking
