- Participants are required to follow MCAS Iwakuni Travel Guidelines for Tokyo Prefecture.
- If the minimum number of guests needed for this tour (15) is not reached by NOV 5, the tour will be canceled and money will be refunded.
- If guest cancellation is made on or before NOV 5, there is a $5 cancellation fee per person.
- If guest cancellation is made between NOV 6 and NOV 15, there is a two-night hotel fee and a $10 per person cancellation fee.
- If guest cancellation is made on or after NOV 16, there is no refund.
