Transition Readiness Seminars / CRMC
Transition Readiness Seminars (TRS) and the Career Resource Management Center (CRMC) provides career/employment assistance, vocational guidance and transition information to separating Marines and their family members. The tools and information provided enable all separating Marines and their family members to make a successful transition from military to civilian life.
Initial & PreSeparation Counseling
Comprehensive information for all Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) South Carolina programs and services at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Initial Counseling/Pre-Separation Counseling (ICPC).
Capstone & Commander's Verification
The culmination of the transition process when verification is made through an interview with CRMC Staff and the CO Designee that the transitioning member has met CRS, has a viable plan to transition from military to civilian life, and has been extended the opportunity to be connected with external agencies that offer additional assistance.
